Bradford on Avon Community Church has a lively youth ministry called One Way. Led by Chris & Chantel Browne the ministry is active both in and out of the Church with regular meetings, activities and trips.

The One Way purpose statement really sums up what the ministry is about:

One Way exists to equip secondary school students in devoting their lives to God through involvement with the church community and the mission of God.

We believe that young people are vital to the church. We do not think that young people are the church of tomorrow; they are the church of the today, and so we want to equip and release them to follow and serve Jesus today.

Chris says: “The One Way leaders want to reach young people with the message about Jesus and see them become passionate about following Him. We want to help young people put firm Christian foundations in place on which they to build the rest of their lives.”

Some regular activities include:

  • One Way – Friday evenings at the Centre

  • The Bridge & Salt – Christian Unions at St. Laurence School held on Monday and Thursday respectively

  • The Pulse – monthly youth meeting in Holy Trinity Church Trowbridge

  • Soul Survivor – annual summer festival at the Bath and West Showground with nearly 10,000 other young people
